Medifast review: Is this worth to diet?

I am blogging about the Medifast diet. I start the diet yesterday and so far I lost two pounds and I am on day 2. Do I think it's worth the money? Well, for now, it's a yes, but, until I go through the week. What do you expect in the diet?

Well, you are allowed to eat the food that they sell on their website as well as eat food as strict on their booklet. You have their soups, shakes, bars, cereal crunches, oatmeal, pancakes, etc. You are allowed to have lean meats, poultry, seafood, and meatless products. You are allowed to have water, tea, coffee, and seltzer water, but look at the booklet when you are doing it.

They also want you to at least exercise too, if you want to lose weight. So, I been doing that.

I will update more of this later on at the seventh day.

Also, they want you to keep in tract of what you are eating. I am using my iPhone 4 notes app to keep in tract of my daily eating of what I have.

It's better then the HGC diet which it made me nearly weak, but it did help upon losing weight, but the Medifast diet is better. It also better then the NutraSystem diet, which it's badly been advertising by celebrities as much as other diets that have been advertised as much.
