So, the Medifast diet is not worth it, because it got me sick. So, I am working on an alternative way. I been trying not to have meat and using an app by Martha Stewart called, Whole Living Smoothies. The app has many smoothies and you may have to download more smoothies. The smoothies are divided in six categories: Essential, Meal-in-a-Glass, Allergen Free, Weight-Loss, Immunity Boosting, and Detox. I been trying to make some, but I make alternatives. For example, when a smoothie recipe says almond butter and skin milk, I use instead almond milk, which I recommend unsweetened. It is better, because I have no ideal what almond butter is.
However, you need to make sure what you can get when you are shopping for ingredients for smoothies. For instance, when they say, use plain yogurt, use plain yogurt. I don't have any right now, because I have to use what I have, which it's Greek yogurt, which it does not satisfy me when eat it from the cup, but, it's good for smoothies.
