A lot of people are going nuts by saying eat more healthier by eating more meat, seafood, and poultry and also other kinds of food, but as a moderate portion. I am not sure if I would like that. Because there are dangerous ways of doing this without having more fruits and veggies and no other at all. A lot of us are wondering if this would be right? Truth is, I don't know. However, if you want to be a vegan like Total Nonstop Action Superstar Austin Aries, well you would have to sacrifice a whole lot. You can seek the PETA website that list vegan products, like Oreo Cookies. I did not know Oreo was in fact vegan. I thought it had so many fats and sugar that could kill you. But, I read on the pack of Oreo that it did not listed any eggs and milk. How could that be?
That is one question to be ask, here is another:
What's worse upon that is how much sugar our body can take. Especially to the fake kind. On Doctor Oz Show, Dr. Oz explains that the three fake sugars, which I know as the brand kind, Sweet-n-low, Equal, and Splenda, are 200 to 600 times sweeter then regular cane sugar, due to chemicals. But, how can this be? What are we doing wrong?
I only know that on his website listed the kinds. Mostly can be seen around us when shopping and on top of that, there are some at restaurants. Besides the cane sugar packets, the Sweet-n-low packets, the Equal packets, and the Splenda packets, what about other kinds? I know there is the Truvia packets, which they cost between $3 and $14 per count box and they are stevia, a natural kind of sugar that is taken from the leaf.
But, what about others? Well there are some to except like RAW honey.
